Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before applying to or participating in the Bangladesh Youth Summit 2025. By accessing, applying for, or attending the Summit, you agree to abide by the following terms: 
 
1. Participation 
Participation in the Bangladesh Youth Summit 2025 is open to individuals who submit the official application form. Submission alone does not guarantee participation. Only selected applicants will receive confirmation from the organizing team. The team reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided. 
 
2. Application and Selection 
All submitted applications will undergo a thorough review process. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the Summit. The selection decisions made by the organizing committee are final and not subject to appeal.  
 
3. Code of Conduct 
Participants are expected to maintain respectful, inclusive, and professional behavior throughout the duration of the Bangladesh Youth Summit 2025. All attendees must contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or background. 
 
Discriminatory, offensive, abusive, or disruptive behavior—whether in person or online—will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes verbal or physical harassment, inappropriate language, and any actions that compromise the safety or dignity of others. 
 
The organizing team reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this code, including immediate removal from the event and disqualification from future activities. 
 
4. Data Use and Privacy 
Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with the Summit’s Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy will be linked), used solely for event purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your information as outlined in that policy. 
 
5. Intellectual Property 
Any content you submit as part of the Summit (e.g., ideas, presentations, feedback) may be used for event documentation, reporting, and promotion, with appropriate credit. You retain ownership of your work but grant the organizers a non-exclusive license to use it in non-commercial contexts. 
 
6. Photography and Media 
By attending the Bangladesh Youth Summit 2025, you grant the organizing team and its partners the right to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness through photography, videography, or audio recordings taken during the event. 
 
These materials may be used in promotional content, social media coverage, reports, media releases, and other forms of documentation related to the Summit, both during and after the event. 
 
If you have any concerns or wish to opt out of specific media uses, you may inform the organizing team in advance; however, complete exclusion from all media coverage cannot be guaranteed in public settings. 
 
7. Changes and Cancellation 
The organizing team reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, format, venue, or speakers at any time. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the Summit may be postponed, moved online, or canceled. 
 
8. Liability 
The organizing team is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that may occur during your participation in the Bangladesh Youth Summit 2025. 
 
Attendees are advised to take necessary precautions to ensure their own safety and security throughout the event. It is recommended that participants arrange appropriate personal insurance coverage for health, travel, and belongings as needed. 
 
By participating, you agree to assume all risks associated with your attendance and release the organizers from any liability related to such incidents. 
 
9. Governing Law 
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
